Have you asked Spirit?
Do you have lots of questions about your current career, like, “Is what I am doing really ME?” “What IS my purpose in life?” “How can I be more in alignment with who I really am and use more of my own gifts in my work world?” “What should I do about this meeting I have today?” “What would I really LOVE to be doing?”
If you DO have lots of questions, know that’s a very good thing. We are all continually expanding and developing more of who we are. Asking the question moves you at least half of the way to the answer.
So where are the answers? I have come to the conclusion that many are within us. Taking time, maybe 5 minutes in the morning, to sit down at your computer, or a with a notebook and pen, or while you are outside walking is a wonderful time to ask a question and then listen to what you hear from your very wise inner self. Ask the question, and then listen, pay attention, to what you are hearing or getting. For me, sitting at the computer and inviting guidance for the day, has become a wonderfully centering time. You might think of this as asking and listening to God, or Spirit, or Source Energy, or the Universe, or your Spirit Team, or your own inner wisdom. We have many words for different ways of thinking of this, but I believe we can access information easily this way. At the same time, you will probably hear or sense an outpouring of love coming your way. Bonus!! Check this out. So much assistance is available to us, just for the asking.
One day I sat down for my 5 minutes at the computer in the morning, feeling tense, wary about a lunch meeting that day. What I got was, “Just relax!! You’re meeting a new friend, and you are so going to enjoy this person! Just relax and enjoy the time!” So, my mindset shifted, my expectations changed, and sure enough! We had a delightful exchange and are now good friends; the business aspect seemed to just be a means for us to come together and meet one another. Interesting ~
Feel free to share your experience of your quiet asking/listening time.
And expect joyful experiences today!
