Outplacement/Workshops

First you specify what your goal is for our work together.  Your goal informs what we do and how we proceed. My goal is to help you achieve the results you want as efficiently and effectively as possible.  I live in Tucson, Arizona, and am glad to collaborate with you to develop what you are looking for.

Organizations:

Outplacement, or career counseling paid for by the employer and offered to  staff being let go, is available.  This typically includes career exploration, resume, interview, and job search assistance.   We develop a program according to what you, the employer, want to offer.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Workshops for organizations help staff understand themselves and others better, by learning about personality types.
These workshops are available:

~ Career Development
~ Management Development
~ Creative Problem Solving
As people learn about characteristics of different personality types, including their own, light bulbs go on.   We apply the insights to the workshop’s specific purpose.
Participants usually are surprised at how much they enjoy the process, and individuals and the group are likely to become more productive as they continue to apply what they’ve learned.
The facilitator is certified as having completed the 5-day MBTI Qualifying Workshop, and has worked with the MBTI assessment for over 10 years.
